• The customer must authorize all unpaid deposits and balances by signing or verbally accepting services.

All vehicles listed are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Smoking is not permitted in any connecticutweddinglimoservice.com vehicle. Smokers found in the car will be required to put out a cigarette or cigar and be subject to an additional $100 for each incident. It is not permitted to possess, sell, or consumption of narcotics or illegal drugs is allowed. Any violation could lead to the immediate cancellation of your service contract and the forfeiture of any deposit or fee due for service.
• Customers are fully accountable for any clean-up costs caused by negligence or vomit. $350.00 price for any car damage caused by passengers
• Drivers are not permitted to increase the number of passengers stated on your contract
• Driver gratuities are not mandatory; however, it is highly appreciated
• connecticutweddinglimoservice.com is not responsible for delays caused due to accidents, traffic conditions, or other unforeseeable acts by God. Any time lost due to these causes will be compensated after the charter. Any reduction of the period previously reserved for the service or size of the vehicle will not exempt the customer from paying the total amount of the originally scheduled charter.
• The charter you have signed will extend beyond the allocated time slot. If this occurs, you will be charged for the remainder of the time in 1-hour increments. This will be charged proportionally to the rates set for that day and recorded on your contract or written agreement.
• A person who is younger than 21 is not permitted to consume alcohol. If there is no legal guardian present, there is no way for alcohol to be allowed on vehicles or in possession of passengers who are under 21 years of age. If a minor is caught drinking,n the trip is canceled, and all f, fees and deposits are forfeited. Drinking alcohol by minors is not accepted under any circumstances. Alternate drinks can be requested at an additional cost.
• The person responsible for the payments understands and accepts that all charges and deposits are reassessed by connecticutweddinglimoservice.com and are non-refundable if the service is canceled.
• No refunds will be given If the service has to be canceled due to unruly conduct, damage to the vehicle, or any other reason connecticutweddinglimoservice.com finds valid. connecticutweddinglimoservice.com reserves all rights to terminate service when it believes that is appropriate.
• It is illegal to get out of the sunroof while the vehicle operates. If passengers are minors, the sunroof will remain closed and locked. Dividers will remain locked open, and the number of a parent or guardian of any passenger must be given to the driver before taking the ride.
• connecticutweddinglimoservice.com’s employees and connecticutweddinglimoservice.com are required to make decisions on their own.

Limitations on liability

• Damage or loss to luggage or carry-on items, including their contents. Things that could be damaged during transport
• We’re happy to let you bring personal videotapes, compact discs, and other items of your own; we do not take any responsibility for any items left in the vehicle during or after the limousine rental time.
• Inability to use or access the service for any reason may include but is not the limitation to communications issues or other issues with the delivery or transmission of information accessed through it.
• Suppose there is any physical damage to the limousine caused by the customer or any of the passengers. In that case, the limousine will incur an additional fee of $350.00 to repair or clean the limousine. This includes any person who becomes sick in the limousine. connecticutweddinglimoservice.com is solely responsible for deciding whether the limousine is suitable for use in unusual ways or if it is worn out. Additionally, it has the knowledge to handle all general hiring limousines.
